MeCoreHub is a subscription-based digital service that provides QR-linked digital cards (“Cards”). A Card can display different “views” (e.g., Profile, Promotion, Sales, or Video). Only one view is publicly visible at a time.
You must be legally able to enter into a contract in your jurisdiction and comply with applicable laws when using the service.
Access to active Cards is provided on a recurring subscription basis. You will see pricing and billing details before purchase. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect according to the billing terms shown at checkout.
You agree not to use MeCoreHub for illegal, deceptive, or abusive activities, including but not limited to:
You are responsible for the content you publish through your Card (text, links, images, video references). You must ensure you have the rights to use any content you publish and that it complies with applicable laws.
We may suspend or disable a Card (or the account associated with it) if we reasonably believe it is being used for fraud, abuse, illegal activity, or violation of these Terms. We may also suspend service for security or operational reasons.
We aim to provide reliable service, but availability is not guaranteed. Maintenance, outages, or third-party issues may occur. We may modify or improve the service over time.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MeCoreHub is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from use of the service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date will reflect changes. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
